For clients using our Domain Registration & Hosting service, we manage registration, renewal reminders, DNS records and SSL certificates.
If you need a DNS change (for example a new mail record), raise a ticket with the record type, name and value, and the reason for the change.
Certificates are renewed ahead of expiry. If you see a certificate warning, raise a ticket marked High priority.
