• Support tickets: the details you submit, to resolve your issue.
• Newsletter: your email address, to send the newsletter. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
• Technical data: anonymous service telemetry (such as errors and performance) to keep the site running reliably.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiries and tickets only as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them. We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers (such as Microsoft Azure for hosting) under appropriate data-protection terms.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@opabid.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
